Car Rental Terms

All rates include Unlimited Mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Theft Protection (T.P.) Insurance
(for minimum 5 days rental).

The Car Rental Company reserves the right to substitute to an alternative similar car model to those detailed.

All car groups are equipped with air-conditioning.

Supplements to be paid DIRECTLY to the Car Rental Company:
- Airport charge of US$ 27.50 per rental will apply when a vehicle is picked up or dropped off at Ben Gurion Airport.
   Conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
- One-way rentals to/from Eilat and the Dead Sea (Minimum rental period is 3 consecutive days).
   Drop off charge for Car Groups: I, S, V & W (from 3 days and up) is US$ 50 and US$ 100 for Jeeps.
   Delivery to/from Ovda Airport: US$ 50.
- Rates are subject to 0.4% Government Stamp Tax.
- Optional Daily Charges:
   Additional Driver: US$ 3
   Baby Seat: US$ 5
- Additional insurance for full coverage, including liability, can be purchased from the Car Rental Company at
   the time of pick-up.

Minimum rental age is 23 years holding a valid driver license for over 1 year. Young drivers (21-23) will be allowed to drive vehicles in Groups A - G only and will be charged an additional fee.

A deductible amount of US$400 – US$1000, according to vehicle type, will apply in case of damage to the vehicle or its parts. This amount is subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellation / No Show Charges – (All Car Groups): Up to one week prior to arrival or no-show during High Season – 2 days rental. Up to one week prior to arrival during Low Season – 1 day rental.

Client must have a valid credit card registered under the renters name in order to receive the car and guarantee additional charges.

According to new regulations, the definition of a tourist has been changed; A Tourist is a person who entered Israel on a foreign passport and his/her passport was stamped with Visa class B1, B2 or B3. All other persons entering Israel, including those withdual citizenship , are subject to 15.5% V.A.T.

For all commercial vehicles and cars carrying 10 passengers and over (Car Groups P, M, V), 15.5% V.A.T. should be added, regardless of the clients nationality.
